Simply click "Sign In" and authenticate with your Steam account. We use Steam's secure OAuth system, so we never see your Steam password.

You sign in through Steam, so Steam Guard protects your account, and card payments are handled by an authorised payment processor. Until an item arrives you can cancel for a full refund.

We specialize in Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) weapon skins, knives, gloves, and all cosmetic items. We offer the most comprehensive CS2 market experience.

Browse the marketplace, add items to your cart and pay with your wallet balance or by card. We then buy the item from a seller on a CS2 market, who sends it to you as a Steam trade offer. Each item shows its seller’s usual delivery time; it is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Steam Trade Protection: after an item arrives in your inventory, Steam holds it for up to 7 days before you can trade or sell it on. You can use it straight away. This is Valve’s rule on every marketplace.

You can cancel an order at any time until you have accepted the Steam trade offer and the item is in your Steam inventory, even if the seller has already sent the offer. After that, our refund policy applies.

We use a simple 10% markup model on all items. The markup is included in the displayed price, so there are no additional fees for buyers.

We accept Visa and Mastercard cards, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device offers them. Card payments are handled by an authorised payment processor. You can also pay for items with your SkinMeister wallet balance.

Open your wallet page and the "Deposit" tab. Pick an amount or type your own, then click "Pay with Card". The balance is usually credited straight away.

No. Withdrawing your wallet balance is not available. Unspent top-up balance can be refunded within 14 days under our Refund Policy; for anything else, write to support@skinmeister.pro.

A single top-up can be from $1 to $20,000 in US dollars or from €1 to €20,000 in euros; in other currencies the range is the equivalent of €1 to €20,000. Withdrawals are not available.

You sign in with Steam, so your account is protected by Steam Guard on your Steam account. SkinMeister has no separate two-factor login.

You can find your trade URL in Steam: Inventory > Trade Offers > Who can send me trade offers? Copy the URL shown there.

We take data protection seriously. All data is encrypted and we share it only with the processors we need to run the service - never sold. See our privacy policy for details.

Go to Settings > Privacy & Data and click Delete Account - it’s fully self-service, no support ticket needed. Your wallet balance must be $0.00 first (the wallet is kept in US dollars; other currencies are only for display). Withdrawals are not available, so if you still have a balance, write to support@skinmeister.pro before deleting.

First, refresh your Steam inventory. If the problem persists, check your trade history in Steam. Contact support if the trade shows as completed but you didn't receive the item.

Write to support with your transaction ID and we will check what happened to the payment and put it right.

Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Make sure you're not using a VPN that might block Steam authentication.
