1. OVERVIEW
SkinMeister operates a transparent 10% markup model. All items are priced with a uniform 10% service fee included in the final price. This covers platform operations, secure transactions, customer support and fraud protection. Nothing is added at checkout.

3. TRANSACTION FEES
For Buyers:
- Displayed price includes 10% service fee - no additional costs
- Currency conversion at our dated reference rate, with no margin added on top of it
- No platform fees at checkout
- No processing fees or hidden costs
Pricing Transparency:
- market price + 10% service fee = final price
- No monthly subscription fees

- Withdrawing your wallet balance is not available. Unspent top-up balance can be refunded within 14 days under our Refund Policy; for anything else, write to support@skinmeister.pro.

8. CURRENCY CONVERSION
Exchange Rates:
- Rates come from published reference rates (the European Central Bank and a public market-rate feed)
- We add no margin: the converted price is the US-dollar price multiplied by the table rate
- The converted amount is shown before you pay
- One dated rate table, refreshed at least every 60 days, so it can differ from the live market rate on the day you pay
- A top-up in another currency is credited to your wallet in US dollars, rounded down to the cent
Supported Currencies:
- Wallet top-ups: charged in the currency you choose, EUR (€), USD ($), AED, KZT (₸) or SAR; the wallet is kept in US dollars
- Card payment for items at checkout: charged in euros (€); paying from your wallet uses its US-dollar balance
- Prices can be displayed in EUR, USD, AED, KZT or SAR; the currency picker in the header changes the display, not the currency you are charged at checkout
9. CONSISTENT PRICING GUARANTEE
No Promotional Pricing Tricks:
We believe in honest, consistent pricing. No introductory rates, no bait offers, no complex promotional structures.

10. REFUND PROCESSING
Refund Fees:
- Standard refunds: FREE
- Refunds to the original card: FREE
- Every refund under our Refund Policy is in full, including the 10% commission (cancelled or undelivered orders, a wrong or materially different item, payment errors)
- Not refunded: a change of mind after delivery, as set out in the Refund Policy
- We charge no fee for refunds

SkinMeister service fee (10%): 0,91 €
Final price: 10,00 €
Example 2: Mid-value item
market price: 90,91 €
SkinMeister service fee (10%): 9,09 €
Final price: 100,00 €
Example 3: High-value item
market price: 454,55 €
SkinMeister service fee (10%): 45,45 €
Final price: 500,00 €
Simple formula: market price × 1.10 = SkinMeister price
12. DISPUTE & CHARGEBACK FEES
Dispute Resolution:
- Disputes with us: free
- Chargebacks: we charge no fee
- If you dispute a payment with your bank, we may pause your account until it is resolved
- Multiple chargebacks may trigger an account review
- Write to support first: most payment problems are fixed without a chargeback
13. FEE TRANSPARENCY
We are committed to full fee transparency:
- All fees displayed before transaction confirmation
- Detailed fee breakdown in transaction history
- Every top-up, purchase and refund appears in your wallet history
- No hidden costs or surprise fees
- Email notifications on fee changes
14. FEE UPDATES
If we change the commission, we post the new rate here and in the Terms and Conditions with a new date before it applies. Orders you have already paid keep the price you paid.
